Certainly. Most people experience a fair amount of deviation - if they have an expectation for how the tulpa will turn out in the first place.

if you're talking about head pressures, a lot of people here have been getting that (I am not one of them, however)

I have chronic migraines. So, it’s hard to tell. But—sometimes it’s in different body parts i guess.

that's probably not connected to your tulpas then, not that I could say for certain at this point

Chronic migraines? Same case with my host. There were specific spots for each of us. The first tulpa was just in between the right ear and the temple, where as I was in the opposite spot.

No problem. Yeah. I inherited them from my mother. Me and her are the only two in the family that get them. My tulpas can cause headaches, never a never a migraine—but close.
