Certainly. Most people experience a fair amount of deviation - if they have an expectation for how the tulpa will turn out in the first place.

I certainly don't act the way Skye would necessarily have wanted, and I don't feel the way about her that she initially wished for either. Such is the way of things.
Chronic migraines? Same case with my host. There were specific spots for each of us. The first tulpa was just in between the right ear and the temple, where as I was in the opposite spot.
No problem. Yeah. I inherited them from my mother. Me and her are the only two in the family that get them. My tulpas can cause headaches, never a never a migraine—but close.
If you must be curious, our Tulpas have bonded; formed families of their own. They may not be physical, but in our minds, they’re no different from any other human being
